Policies
Reservation Policy
– A credit card is required for all reservations. A valid credit card is required. Failure in credit card authorization will lead to a hold on your file with us, resulting in no future appointments until the balance is paid.
– Any guest who has frequently missed or rescheduled reservations will be required to Prepay for future services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling, changing, or no showing your reserved appointment less than 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% fee for scheduled services. Day of will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
We understand things come up and we will do our best to work with you.
Please understand that we sell time. When you forget, change, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients on our pending list miss the opportunity to receive services.
If you opted into our text and email subscriptions, you will receive reminders in such format. Otherwise, per your request our Guest Services may call and confirm your appointments two business days prior to your scheduled date as a courtesy. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it it your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the no-show fees.
